Next up at 12:45 PM Eastern (11:45 AM Central / 9:45 AM Pacific) is Role Play at the Olson Agency, and their presentation “Daily Habits That Will Turn Your "Job" Into a Career” which takes us through the daily habits for success that they've picked up over a 25+ year career in the insurance industry (habits which they've also seen replicated by many of the most successful agents they've worked with). If you’re not familiar with Role Play at the Olson Agency, this is a must see presentation, as they are one of the premier training organizations in the insurance industry. Role Play was co-founded by Jeremy Olson (owner of The Olson Agency and the #1 agent in the country with his carrier), and Kristin Isaacson (Team Coach and General Manager at The Olson Agency). Kristin’s career in sales spans over 20 years, working at companies such as Nordstrom, US Bank, MetLife, and Dale Carnegie Training, while Jeremy has been an agency owner with his current company since 1997 and is a big believer in agents learning from one another. “Daily Habits That Will Turn Your "Job" Into a Career” will highlight what you can be doing every day to find consistent success and transform your insurance "job" into a true career.

Following Role Play at the Olson Agency at 1:55 PM Eastern (12:55 AM Central / 10:55 AM Pacific) will be sales trainer, consultant, and former commercial pilot – Steve Rozenberg. During his presentation "Transform Yourself from “Boss” to Entrepreneur: Lessons From the Cockpit," Steve will show you how to build a true insurance business by creating policies, procedures and structure. He'll show you the business of running an insurance agency through the eyes of 30 years of experience as an airline pilot and give you the tools to help systemize and scale your business for exponential growth.

For our fourth speaker session – starting at 2:30 PM Eastern (1:30 PM Central / 11:30 AM Pacific) we are very excited to be hosting international best-selling author and sales coach Dean Mannix all the way from the Gold Coast of Australia for “The 7 Step Blueprint for Transformational Sales Growth.” Dean has helped train sales teams for some of the world's top companies – Allstate, MLC, Suncorp, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, NAB, Commbank, UBS, JP Morgan, Nomura, Sovereign Assurance, BT Financial, Deutsche Bank, Westpac, Boston Consulting Group and many more. For this presentation Dean will share the 7 key steps that every agent can take for transformational sales growth at their agencies.
